Delivery and Pickup: After placing your order, we will indicate the estimated delivery time. We will do our best to deliver on time, but cannot guarantee it completely.

Each order is insured during the delivery process until the goods are delivered or picked up. A confirmation slip must be signed upon pickup; after signing, you assume responsibility for the goods. If the recipient is not the purchaser or the item is a gift, signing constitutes delivery, and responsibility transfers accordingly. Delivery policies are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Exchanges

a) Returns can be requested within 7 days of purchase;

b) The product must be in its original condition, unused/unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

Please fill out the included return form and return it with the product. If lost, please contact customer service for an electronic copy.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the user.
