Return & Exchange Policy
Our company promises that returns can be made within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the customer's actual receipt date) under the following conditions:
Product has quality issues.
Product damaged during transportation.
Wrong product sent, not matching the order, but does not affect resale.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
Personalized customized products.
Product has been used (electronic products are considered used once powered on).
Product components or accessories show signs of wear and tear.
Outer packaging is lost or severely damaged, affecting resale.
Product is unsuitable for return due to its nature, and this was confirmed at the time of purchase.

How to apply for a return:
Returns/exchanges for personal reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, provided the product does not affect resale, send an email to the after-sales service center. Customer service will process the return within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are borne by the user.
Returns/exchanges for quality reasons: Within 7 days of receipt, send an email to service@mail.aehyly.com. Customer service will process the return within 1-3 business days. Shipping costs are borne by us.
Refund Process: Please contact the courier company to pick up your package within 7 days of receiving it. We will complete the refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned item.
